Old fashioned iron gate latch with oversize heavy components. Wood gates expand and shrink with the seasons and this gate latch is big enough to work at each extreme unlike smaller versions on the market. Latch bar measures 9-5/8 inches. Handle measures 9-5/8 tall and 2-11/16 maximum width. Easily accomodates up to 2-1/4" gate thickness. The jug handle is usually installed on the street side. If the gate swings toward the street, order the outswing version. If the gate swings away from the street, order the inswing version. Includes all necessary fasteners. |
