Shipping: If you select "Standard Ground Shipping", which is the default shipping method, shipping charges are calculated for the continental US only. Other destinations (Offshore and International) and rush shipping methods (Air Shipments) will be calculated later and added to your order total. If you select Priority Mail, postage charges will be added to your order. Smaller, less valuable packages are usually shipped US Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. We have found that US Priority Mail is actually faster than UPS ground to many locations. Larger packages are shipped by UPS. UPS will email you with the tracking number of your package. No charge for handling or packaging except for a very few items. These items will have this noted in their description. Next Day Air charges can get quite expensive. You MUST include a phone number where you can be reached. (you will be asked for a phone number when you order), we may try to call you if the shipping charges are excessive. We may or may not ship your air shipment if we cannot contact you by telephone. However, we will usually err on the side of following your instructions to the letter. If we do ship your air shipment, you are responsible for the full shipping cost. International Shipments are sent by Mail or UPS. We will contact you if the shipping cost is excessive. Returns: All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of order. Full credit issued if returned within this time period. No credit on custom orders. No credit on items returned damaged because of insufficient packaging. Please repackage your returns carefully. Please include a copy of your receipt.
